Individual lounge memberships are accessible on a month-to-month basis and private Skybox suites can be leased on short terms with flexibility to grow.
All users enjoy a 100,000+ square foot environment with multiple lounges, restaurants, outdoor spaces, fitness center, meeting rooms and other features. Enterprise users seeking private floors and larger blocks of space can access up to 300,000 rentable square feet of contiguous Class-A space with premium views of the downtown Minneapolis skyline.
NORTHSTAR 8 MEETINGS & EVENTS
Northstar 8 is a business class meetings & events facility that offers true 5-star hospitality throughout a wide variety of meeting rooms, event venues and social spaces.
With a total capacity of over 1,000 people, this unique indoor/outdoor, multi-purpose venue features built-in technology and AV, an on-site gourmet culinary program with Michelin Star and James Beard Award credentials, purpose-built space, and a full-service hospitality team.
Northstar 8 is the ideal venue to host everything from corporate day meetings, conferences, weddings, holiday parties, board meetings, trainings, simulcasts and collaborative work functions.
The Skygarden is a 10,000 square-foot oasis in the downtown Minneapolis skyline that serves as an outdoor complement to the indoor venues at Northstar Center. The Skygarden provides a magical environment to host memorable experiences. Equipped with outdoor bars, lush landscaping, and elegantly connected to the 2-story Rosewood Room, the Skygarden is a truly unique venue.
ON-SITE CULINARY ECOSYSTEM
Northstar Center proudly features multiple building-owned restaurants and a premium onsite culinary team with Michelin Star and James Beard Award-winning legacy. From a series of onsite production kitchens, our team produces gourmet full-service and quick-service offerings, and offers full-scale catering capabilities for events of up to 1,000 people. THE NORTHSTAR GOLF CLUB
The Northstar Golf Club is an innovative indoor golf amenity that includes both golf simulators and also a professionally-designed 9-hole putting course. The Northstar Golf Club also includes a bar and snack shack, club lockers and is serviced by our on-site hospitality team. Skyboxes members are provided with the exclusive opportunity to purchase monthly memberships and can reserve the facility for corporate receptions and other events. Our full catering menu is available within the club, and liquor-enabled events can be accommodated by our bartenders and caddies.
NORTHSTAR RAMP
The Northstar Ramp is a 7-story on-site parking facility that is directly accessible within Northstar Center. The Northstar Ramp is the most centrally located parking facility in Minneapolis, and also one of the largest. With ingress/egress from 3 sides of a full city block, the ramp is not only well located but also highly accessible. All major Minneapolis expressways are easily accessible from the Northstar Ramp, making it highly attractive for suburban commuters. Office Tenants and Skybox Members can enjoy up to 2.0 / 1,000 RSF parking counts for suites, as well as flexible transient parking availability 24/7.
THE VAULTS
STORAGE & WAREHOUSING
The Vaults offers 90,000 SF of on-site, large format business storage space. These newly renovated, fully serviced facilities offer CBD businesses access to convenient storage solutions that are directly connected to CBD tunnel system circulation and accessible via on-site parking and the Minneapolis Skyway System. Several units feature direct loading dock connection and access to dedicated vertical transportation.
